A civil case established on the claim by Yaruu Soum Governor O. Enkhbat and others concerned with “Zavkhan” newspaper has been inspected upon the defendant claim at control level court of Supreme Court and reached a decision.

At this control level court hearing  a lawyer from the Glob International NGO, G. Davaakhuu has participated as a counsel for defense and introduced content of complaints by defendant and its legal basis.  

Lawyer G.Davaakhuu’s position at the hearing aimed at suspending request in claim on civil case as well as, based on case inspection and decision procedure violation, returning case to court of first instance.

Control level court decision concluded “presence of violation in inspection and decision procedure”, based on it, “return the case to court of first instance for a new decision.”
