A female journalist of Zuunii Medee (Century News) daily newspaper Bolormaa published an article in the newspaper on November 8, in Issue #267 titled “The director of “Mon Uran” company B.Narankhuu is being investigated by the police organization for a sexual abuse of teenage girls”.

27 July 2011 SOURCE: International Press Institute (IPI/IFEX) - Vienna, 28 July 2011 - Dolgor Chuluunbaatar, the editor-in-chief of Mongolia's Ulaanbaatar Times, who was imprisoned in March for the alleged illegal privatization of a newspaper, was released on bail today on the grounds of poor health according to human rights organization Globe International. |

Chuluunbaatar D. has been released on bail

Mr.Chuluunbaatar Dolgor, Editor-in-Chief of daily newspaper Ulaanbaatar Times has been released on bail on 22nd of July, 2011 on the grounds of poor health. Chuluunbaatar Dolgor was arrested on 24 March 2011 and put in Detention Center No 461. On April 7, 2011, he was indicted for allegedly “illegal privatization and serious damage of public property.”
