The project, “Transparency and Accountability in Mongolian Education” (TAME), intends to improve the quality of educational services in eight aimag centers and 20 soums by increasing transparency in budget and procurement activities. Target locations have been chosen based on corruption levels, inadequate educational services and those consisting of minority populations. The project expects to reach about 3,600 teachers and 65,700 students in eight targeted aimags and 20 soums.
