The meeting was held on September 14, 2011 in the Modern Nomads Restaurant and it involved 14 Mongolian journalists representing the broadcast and print media.  Marat Tokoev, the PAJ Director interviewed by AIST TV, a Russian channel and Eagle TV, news channel.

During the meeting, discussions reinforced in wide range of interests starting from the media landscape, issues of the journalism ethics and protection of journalists to color revolutions of Kyrgyzstan and the present political situation and Parliament and Presidential elections in Kyrgyz Republic.

Two organizations introduced a draft Memo and later, it signed electronically by the partners.
