The Monitoring was carried out from July 1, 2008 through July 8, 2008 involving eleven TV channels and four daily newspapers under following three stages;
         - July 1
         - A four-day state of emergency (between July 2 and July 5)
         - After the lifting of the state of emergency (between July 6 and July 9)
Analysis was made to all information collected during the monitoring in consideration of above stages.
