
On June 8, 2023, "Meeting to discuss the results of MACAM II project " was organized in the conference hall of Tuushin Hotel under topic of Creative Participation - Joint Solutions.
The purpose of the forum was: To present the results of the activities implemented
within the project, to exchange information with stakeholders, to strengthen
public participation in social accountability, and to discuss joint solutions
for the localization of project results.
A total of 140 people from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation- Project financier, World Bank –Project Implementers, Globe International Center and World Vision- co-implementers, International donor organizations, Government Affairs Department of Mongolia, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, National Human Rights Commission, Health Development Center, relevant Family Health Centers, Government Offices of District and aimag, Finance and Treasury Departments, Investment Development Policy Planning Departments, representatives of local CSOs from 21 aimags and 9 districts, Citizens' Representatives Khural, and citizens participated in the event.

Citizens now access information and provide feedback using Information and Communication Technology platforms, which trigger the improvement in health service delivery and quality of investments” said Stefanie Burri, Head of the Swiss Cooperation in Mongolia.

Lee, Country Director of World Bank, in his speech at closing the event,
emphasized that the results of the project show that the participation of the
government, citizens, and civil society organizations is essential in improving
public services and increasing budget transparency, and thanked the project
stakeholders for their cooperation.
During the forum, five booths were specially arranged to
present the outstanding results of the activities implemented within the
framework of the project, and therefore, the project
team
provided information about the results to the participants and answered their questions.

During the meeting, a discussion was held to ensure the results of the
project and the stability of future operations. The discussion was moderated by
