
On February 28, 2022, the MASAM II project team of Globe International Center will meet with representatives of government and civil society organizations of Tuv province at the Governor's Office of the province to introduce the MASAM II project and exchange views.
On March 1 and 2, the project team will conduct a four-module capacity building training for government and civil society representatives in Tuv at the conference hall of the province’s Governor's Office. The purpose of the training is to provide government and civil society representatives with the knowledge and skills to effectively implement social accountability tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public investment and primary health care.
On March 2, 2022, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, the project team will hold a multi-stakeholder discussion on “Participatory Solutions” with government officials and workers, citizens, CSOs, and the media at the Governor's Office. The discussion focused on the multi-stakeholder identification of issues facing the province citizens or villagers on effective public investment planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and effective delivery of asset management and primary health care services, and how to effectively address the identified issues through participatory action, thereby finding ways and developing a collaborative strategy.
