The Parliament /State Great Khural/ of Mongolia has passed the Law on Information Transparency and Right to Access Information yesterday, June 16, 2011. The Law will be effective from December 1, 2011. This a great result of efforts of Globe International, Open Society Forum and other NGOs worked with us in advocacy and lobbying.
