Introduction: Globe International, NGO in cooperation with Paris based media NGO  Internews Europe is planning to organize a three-day international conference with the financial support of the EU Asia Invest Programme in the framework of the project “Business Roaming”. The conference will be held in Ulaanbaatar and we are due to invite an estimated 80 guests and delegates from Mongolia, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Buryat and Khalimag Republics of the Russian Federation and Inner Mongolia of China.
