Since its inception, the Globe International NGO has published a number of handbooks, texbooks and books dedicated to journalists making efforts to introduce the Universal Declaration of Human Rights-Article 19 and the international laws and norms adopted in conformity therewith.  In response to requests from journalists, the Globe International NGO has published a handbook “Article 19. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression”. 

     This was financed by the US Embassy in Mongolia in order to mark the 60th anniversary of the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
