Within the framework of a project “Empowering Public Council and curbing corruption”, a first ever consultative meeting of the civil society was held in a meeting hall of the National Legal Center on February 6, 2009. Following speeches and reports were made at the event.

It includes:
        - Introduction of the Public Council of the Anti-Corruption Agency by Ch. Choisamba, Head of the sub-Council to study public opinions.
        - Legal environment of the public council at Anti-Corruption Agency  
           by G. Erdenebat, Chairman of the sub-Council to study corruption condition and implementation of laws and regulations against corruption
         - How legal environment is created in disclosing corruption crimes? By M. Sukhbaatar, member of the sub-Council to study corruption condition and implementation of laws and regulations against corruption
          - How to create a co-operation and influence of representations from civil society and others organizations in improving efficient function of the Public Council

At the end of the meeting, attendees were divided into 4 groups to work out a proposal on improving efficient function of the Public Council. They delivered their imagination “How you imagine about perfect Public Council”.
