On September 13, 2006, online readers of "Udriin Sonin", one of Mongolia's main opposition daily couldn't access to its website www.dailynew.mn. When the readers go through the website a black screen arises and access to the information was halted. Complaints from domestic and foreign readers mounted at that day.
